Athens Airport Baggage Handling
The airlines and their respective ground-handling agents are responsible for baggage handling and delivery at Athens International Airport. For further help, contact the appropriate airline or ground handling agency. For items left on please contact your airline directly.
For items lost in the Terminal areas, please contact Airport Lost Property, operated by the Hellenic Police. The office is located at the Arrivals Level (public area) next to the Post Office and operates on a 24-hour basis.

The airport's baggage wrapping service provides services for wrapping baggage (regular and oversized).
Individual Porter Services
Upon Arrival: Transfer of your baggage from the conveyor belts to the parking lot, taxi area, or bus station.
Upon Departure: Transfer of your baggage from the parking lot or bus station to the check-in counters.
The service is available to you by:
"Ad Hoc Service": Please call the service from any of the nine info panels visibly positioned in the Arrivals and Departures areas.
"VIP Service": You can also pre-book the individual porter service by giving your flight details ahead of time to WSW Skycap.
Group Porter Services
Upon Arrival: The porter service will receive group members and transfer their baggage from the conveyor belts to the bus holding area. Upon Departure: The porter service will receive group members and transfer their baggage from the bus holding area to check-in counters.
